Her physical medicine practice utilizes trigger point release (dry needling) alongside traditional protocols to effectively treat acute and chronic pain, while also addressing digestive disorders, insomnia, anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
Beth's Story

My personal healing journey really started when I began pursuing massage and acupuncture treatments for my chronic pain. I found both modalities helpful, and in fact, I found acupuncture could help with other assorted issues I was working on. Acupuncture quickly became the main healing modality I used as a patient.

I saw the same Naturopath/Acupuncturist for 20 years, until he retired. Certainly I fashioned my own early practice from this wonderful experience.During this time I began working in medical offices as an administrative support person. Over the span of 15 years, I worked in both acupuncture/natural medicine clinics and allopathic medicine clinics. The last clinic I worked for was an oncology clinic, and I often spoke with the patients there about acupuncture and herbs, and how they might help during their chemo and radiation treatments.I finally decided to go back to school in mid-life to become an acupuncturist and herbalist.
This work is the joy of my life, and I love working with patients on their healing journey.
